Shift Runner

A work-time tracker that feels like an arcade game.

This one is private, so here are some screenshots instead of a link.

Shift Runner is a small, self-hosted work-time tracker. Start and end your shift and log breaks, and it counts down to your daily target while collecting the difference in an overtime account you can reset when overtime is paid out.

Mark days as holiday, half-day, sick, time off or public holiday, track your holiday allowance and note your mood at the start and end of each shift. A GitHub-style history shows every day at a glance. It supports multiple projects and exports to CSV or JSON.

How it’s built

A single Python file with SQLite and no dependencies. It runs in Docker or on Dokploy.
